Kingdom Credit Union offers low cost, unsecured personal loans which are available for just about any purpose – a new car, a holiday, Christmas or home improvements.
We charge no set up fees, no repayment penalties and there are no hidden costs. There are several loan options available as detailed below.
Fife Council employees are now able to apply for car loans paid over a longer period of time from only 9.38% apr (for loans over £5000). This means you could have the money in the bank (or your hand) to give you greater bargaining power when looking for a new car.
Even if you’re on a low income or receiving benefits, you can still apply for a Kingdom Handy Loan. You don’t even need to be a member! You can join when you apply for your loan.
Which is the right loan for you?
Kingdom Saver Loan (12.68% APR.)
For regular savers who want to borrow an amount based on their savings.
Kingdom Saver Plus Loan: (9.38% APR.)
For regular saving members who wish to take out larger loans of £5,000+.
Loyalty Advance Loan (6.9% APR.)
For anyone wishing to borrow an amount equal to, or less than, their savings. Your nest egg will still be there when your loan is paid off.
Kingdom Handy Loan (34.49% APR.)
For new or current members who have little or no savings to base a loan on, but are receiving benefits or on a low income and need an affordable loan. Your first loan would normally be a maximum of £250 (paying back a total of around £271.96 at £11 per week).
Please contact us on 01592 714888 / 758596 for examples of how much you may be able to borrow or use our loan calculator.
Loans include Member Life Insurance at no extra cost.
We assess your ability to borrow (and repay) a loan on your current situation rather than your credit history, but please note that larger loan applications will include a credit check which is standard practice.
